輪胎保固期限及理賠條件

橫濱橡膠有限公司提供輪胎的保固期限 / 理賠程序,作為保固輪胎、內胎和襯帶,根據特定條件進行更換或理賠的政策。

輪胎保固期限

橫濱輪胎製造的乘用車輪胎、輕型卡車輪胎、卡車和巴士輪胎、工業用輪胎和越野輪胎,以及內胎和襯帶,在製造周期起算60個月內均享有保固。
但下一節規定的無法維修的損壞狀況,均不在保固範圍。

輪胎依照剩餘可用溝槽深度比率保固理賠:
  • 如果橫濱輪胎在指定條件下無法使用,將按剩餘可用溝槽的深度比率保固理賠。
  • 剩餘可用溝槽的理賠深度計算方法如下:
    1. 理賠溝槽深度計算基準 = 剩餘溝槽深度 - 1.6(mm)。
    2. 因為胎面磨耗標示的高度為1.6mm,所以胎面磨耗標示的1.6mm溝槽深度部分,是不列入理賠的計算。

輪胎不列入保固範圍的項目:

橫濱輪胎因為客戶的使用問題而造成任何損壞不予保固,包括以下各項 (但不僅限於此,如有以外的狀況,需經鑑定後確認保固與否):
  • 輪胎因道路的危損(如障礙物,雜物等)或火災或事故而損壞。
  • 輪胎因氣壓不當或在低氣壓狀態下行駛而損壞。
  • 由於不正確的充氣壓力而導致輪胎過早或不規則磨損的輪胎。
  • 由於車輛的機械狀況不當而導致輪胎過早或不規則磨損,包括定位,車輪平衡以及振動或剎車有不當問題。
  • 在可用溝槽深度的前20%之後處於不圓狀態的輪胎。
  • 輪胎磨耗:剩餘溝槽深度不足1.6mm或以下者。
  • 已經翻新或補修過的輪胎。
  • 輪胎因車輛許久沒有移動而形成平坦的變形狀況。
  • 輪胎由於不當的儲存,操作,搬運,安裝,拆卸或行駛而損壞。

TIRE LIMITED WARRANTY / ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM

The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. provides this Tire Limited Warranty / Adjustment Program as a policy to warrant the tire, tube and flap for replacement or adjustment according to certain recognized conditions.

WHAT TIRE IS WARRANTED (AND HOW LONG)

YOKOHAMA Passenger Car tires, Light Truck tires, Truck and Bus tires, Industrial tires and Off-the-Road tires,Tubes and Flaps which have been manufactured within 60 months,are warranted against unserviceable conditions other than the damage specified on next section.

Warranty in proportion to remaining usable groove depth :
  • If a YOKOHAMA tires becomes unserviceable under the specified conditions,it will be warranted on a remaining usable groove depth prorated basis.
  • The remaining usable groove depth is calculated by follow :
    1. Remaining usable groove depth = Remaining usable groove - 1.6 (mm).
    2. The last 1.6mm (height of tread wear indicator) of groove depth is not considered in remaining usable groove depth if tread wear indicators are existing.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS TIRE WARRANTY

YOKOHAMA tires are not warrented against any damage due to customer's faults including,but not limited to, the followings :
  • Tires damaged by road hazards (obstacles, debris, etc.) or by fire or accidents.
  • Tires damaged due to improper inflation pressure or having been run while flat.
  • Tires with premature or irregular wear due to improper inflation pressure.
  • Tires with premature or irregular wear due to the defective mechanical conditions of the vehicle, including misalignment, wheel imbalance, and faulty shock or brakes.
  • Tires in an out-of-round condition after the first 20% of usable groove depth.
  • Tires worn out : 1.6mm or less of remaining groove depth.
  • Tires which have been retreaded or repaired.
  • Tires suffered flat spot which immobile.
  • Tires damaged by improper storage, operation, handling, mounting, demounting or driving.
